The hotel is gorgeous, very clean and the staff was attentive.

It's a little far from everywhere but grab or bolt is not expensive and can get you anywhere

The American Breakfast was really bad. Plastic ham and plastic sausages both tasteless. Fried eggs left in a warm container that tasted like bullets Our breakfast ticket said the American breakfast did not include tea coffee or orange juice for which we had to pay extra but it didn't say how much. We later found out that the reference to paying for beverages related to using the coffee shop only and not the dining room. Done bother with breakfast here just head for the Lemon Tree cafe the next street down from the garage and your can have a superb breakfast for £3-50 each one individually cooked to your particular liking in clean frying pans with new plates and cutlery in a very clean setting. Here you can join the ex-pats for breakfast who will help you with tips on the area.

The American Breakfast is not worth getting out of bed for.

The receptionist was so rude The hotel staffs were very friendly and kind our apartment was exceptionally clean, great location

Excellent swimming pool - great for kids. Excellent value for money. Excellent location for food/ shops and a short ride to the beach.

Located in the north of Pattaya Beach, it is very close to Terminal 21 and the Rambo Seafood Market.

Breakfast was fine , good price too and good variety

The AC in the room was too cold , then we would turn it off and it would warm up quickly again to a point an hour later we had to turn on the AC again for 15 minutes . Couldnt set it on auto , and a couple of friends complained they had sore throats due to the possible bacteria being recycled . It would be good to know they clean the filters on a regular basis , and that the aC temp was set at an overall comfy temp

Big rooms , good location not far from the sanctuary of truth

Staff look bored as hell! Only the cleaning lady and the security guard were smiling and helpful, the front desk are useless Pepole Not friendly at all, no restaurant only breakfast.

No lunch & Dinner facility. Breakfast Buffet was only with Japanese & Thai Cuisine. No option for other Asian guest.

Only thing I can put in here I found it strange they give you stuff to make coffee and tea ie jug,cups but not the coffee and tea just a bit strange

I don't know why this hotel had so much negative reviews, initially I was reluctant too to book the hotel but this hotel really surprised me (in positive ways). Large spacious clean room and bathroom, our room was junior suite room at 6th floor with view of Pattaya city and sea to an extent. Decent facilities with comfortable bed. Location of this hotel is great, on the Naklua road, away from all the bustling crowds of Pattaya but not too much away from the city center and beach. Nearby really good restaurants of Pattaya city, perfect location for drop-in and pick-up service for short trip and for airport taxi service, on the route of baht bus and Pattaya city taxi service. Nearby convenient stores and massage parlors. I would highly recommend this hotel for family, parents or partner.

Shower system (water was either too hot or too cold) and toiletries. Staffs cannot understand English well.

Car Parking in the garage was ok.

Street noises very loud - windows don't protect, curtain open and everyone from opposite can look in your room! room interior is old and too much used, no coffee and tea packs - bought by myself. Very small pool on the roof, breakfast has only one kind of bread "white toast", Coffee very bad taste. I stayed there in track B for 3 nights, never again. I can't belive that other guests wrote very well about this hotel. Maybe track A is better but I can't change my room

Felt almost new as it is well maintained and very pretty. I had a deluxe corner room with 3 large windows that offered great views
